Our mission is to help other female founders succeed with their businesses and brand and we partner up with female founders, CEO's and brands with a female target audience, using digital marketing to create tangible results that shift the needle on your business.
We are completely transparent on our process from day 1 and we want our clients to feel like they are hiring a digital marketing partner, not another agency that promises big results and then fades away.

Jess is a seasoned digital marketing expert with over 25 years of experience in digital marketing, PR and communications. As a true advocate for female-led businesses, Jess founded We Have Agency with a vision to help female founders and brands reach their ideal audience online and thrive in the digital realm.
As a digital strategist and CEO, Jess is committed to providing her clients with the highest level of service and support. She's also a respected speaker and moderator, sharing her insights and expertise at industry events and conferences. Jess's passion for digital marketing has led her to teach at prestigious institutions like Google, Hyper Island and General Assembly among others.
Jess is one of Digital Women’s Women to Watch in 2023. After a decade in London she now lives in the south of Sweden with her husband James, an interior designer and footballing son Charlie, 14, twins Annabelle & Lily and their lagotto romagnolo puppy Luna, 1.
ALEKSEI PANASENKO

Aleksei is a digital genius with over 10 years of experience running paid advertising on various platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) as well as Google Ads. Aleksei is an excellent strategist who currently lives in Odessa, Ukraine with his wife and cat.
KEEGAN WOOLFORD
Head of Development
With a background in web development, I am proficient in a variety of tools and technologies, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, HTML, CSS, JS, and Bootstrap.
I have experience designing visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts, with a focus on usability and UX. In addition, I am proficient in creative suite tools like Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, InDesign and others like Sketch and Figma.
ANNA HENEBACK
Shopify & E-commerce specialist
With 15 years of industry experience from major global e-commerce and omnichannel retailers including Net-a-Porter and H&M, my background has given me plenty of insight into the key factors for running a successful E-commerce business, and now I use that experience to help small businesses to grow.
I am experienced in E-commerce management, merchandising and trading, Google Analytics, email marketing and site improvements. I have worked with many different Ecommerce platforms, and am highly skilled in Shopify. I comfortably bridge the gap between business and tech, and love working with creatives as much as I love code and spreadsheets.
Anna lives in Bedfordshire, UK with her Swedish husband, kids and a dog.
MORENA FIORE-KIRBY
Search Engine Optimisation & WordPress Developer
Morena has had a passion for web development since she was a teeager. Since 2008, she has worked for agencies as well as very early days start ups, creating websites for HSBC, Specsavers, The Nottingham Playhouse and many independent brands.In addition to developing WP sites, Morena is a SEO queen 👑 helping brands be found by search engines with the right content at the right time. Morena also teaches SEO for SME's and marketing departments across the UK.

Over the course of her career Liz has masterminded the branding for a number of brands globally in fashion, shoes and accessories.

Our team is diversified and located wherever they chose to be. We believe that the happiest people are the ones that can choose to live and work wherever they see fit, and that clients should not have to pay for a fancy office in Stockholm or London just to keep the lights on.
We partner up with, and support our clients and give back to the world around us. We have agency are currently donating a percentage of its' profits to two carefully selected charities: Thorn and Seek Her.
